We know that security is importance to our computer, but how many of us actually take the effort and time to break down and analysis whether our current protection is it sufficient enough to protect us from any type of threats ranging from Malware attacks to Phising scam?

Here are my current protection for my computer:

Security Software:
-ESET Smart Security (Detects All)
-SurfRight's Hitman Pro (Detects All)
-Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (Detects Malware)
-Zemana AntiLogger (Detects keylogger, screenlogger, webcamlogger & clipboardlogger)
-DigitalPersona Personal (Fingerprint)
-PANDA Research USB Vaccine (Disabled auto-run)

Add-ons/Extensions:
-NoScript - Firefox's Add-on (Protect against Malicious Scripts)
-McAfee's siteadvisor (Protect against malicious and phishing sites)
-Web-Of-Trust : WOT (Protect against malicious and phishing sites)

Software/Privacy:
-Google Chrome (For Casual Browsing as it includes sandbox)
-Ccleaner (Quick way to removing junk files)
-Advanced SystemCare (Deep scan of removing junk files & protect against vulnerability)

Updates:
-Window Updates
-Security Software Updates(Anti-virus, Anti-Malware, Firewall etc)
-Software updates(Browsers, Flash player, Photoshop etc)

The best defence:
Depend on how the user use it. Even with the best protection, a user lack of knowledge or outdated knowledge will not be able to protect itself since most protection are only created after an weakness/attack had happened.

I always update myself on the latest threats in security world so that I can prevent it from happening to me.

So here are some suggestions on how to build your own security and I have chosen the best and free software for you:

Security Software:
-Avast Free Antivirus (1 of the best and even provide sandbox protection)
-SurfRight's Hitman Pro (Detects All)
-Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware (Detects Malware)
-PANDA Research USB Vaccine (Disabled auto-run)
-Comodo Firewall (1 of the best and also include sandbox protection) or
-Online Armor Free (Another good Firewall but with keylogger detection & Autorun protection)

Updates:
Refer to this guide.

Good list, except for the fact that you're using Symantec Norton's product for main protection.

I wouldn't say that you should remove your EndPoint Protection but it is not recommendable. The protection of Endpoint has past its prime already and most importantly, you are going to have alot of issues when removing it; Symantec's products are pretty unstable.

I agree with you that Symantec's products are hard to remove it entirely. But this is the only 1 so far that I found to be compatible with my computer and does not slow down nor uses a lot of CPU usage.

I might switch to ESET internet security soon as I try is last time and there seems no problem with my computer.
