Do you experience the same or similar problem as show above?

Sometimes our laptop are configured to suit our environment (E.g.School) in order for other software to work properly and our updates are managed by our system administrator.

How to check whether your computer is managed by the system administrator?

1) Click start, type in windows update and hit enter.
2) Click on change settings and you will be brought to the same place as shown below:

If have the same message as me:" Some settings are managed by system administrator."

Then you can proceed to another step.
Click back or hit the backspace.

Instead of clicking on Try again, click on check online for updates from Microsoft Update.

I hoped that it works for you.
