Problem:

My msn always do not respond in Window 7 when start up or when it is still logging in and I tap on other window, it will shows the not responding message.

I tried uninstall and reinstall and the problem still exist.

Solution:

Problem is solved when I download and install latest version.

Download the latest version of msn here.
