1) Click on start, click on control panel. Search for Region and Language and click on it.
2) Under Keyboards and Languages, click on Change keyboards.
3) Click on add.
4) Scroll down to Chinese (Simlified, PRC). Expand the tab, select the first 2 options which have the Microsoft Pinyin at the back.
5) Click on the CH Chinese (Simplified, PRC) and then click on apply follow by OK.
6) Press alt + shift on your keyboard and near the bottom right will show the Chinese language option. Launch a notepad and try it!
