How can emails harm us?

-When we open a infected email attachements or visit

hackers' websites after clicking on links provided

in suspicious emails, our computer might be infected

by viruses and trojans.

How to prevent it?

-Delete the e-mail if it has a suspicious tiles such

as "You have won a million dollars".

-Delete it if it is from someone you don't know

-Even from someone you KNOW, call them and ask them

before opening the e-mail.

-Contain infomation about recent major events (e.g

earthquakes, terrorist attacks) may be used to trick

you into clicking on the links provided or opening its

attachment.

-Scan all email attachments for viruses before opening them.
