Signs to look out for (infections may cause one or several of the following):

· Slow computer, and/or slow internet connection.

· Strange pop-ups or web browser redirections (beyond those expected from dodgy websites).

· Program failure, or inexplicable errors (even after a fresh install).

· System functions unavailable (eg: Control Panel, Task Manager, Internet Explorer).

· System giving a "RPC error", giving a window with a 30 second countdown to a restart.

· Excessive internet cap usage, i.e high internet traffic on your computer.

If your computer have any signs that is similar to the above, you might be infected with malware(Virus,Trojan,Spyware).

P.S:

Please do not install more than 1 anti-virus in your computer as it can cause problems on your computer to have two different anti-virus products installed at the same time. You can use your own anti-virus as long you update it.

You can boot in normal mode to scan. If really cannot removes malware, then boot in safe mode to scan it.

Follow the steps below to remove it.

  1. Download, install and update Advanced SystemCare, Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, Avira.

  2. Advanced SystemCare –It helps to delete all the unnecessary files and at the same time it helps to speed up scanning time.

  3. Reboot into Safe Mode - Restart your computer and press F8 before Windows loads. Press F8 several times if you need to. Select Safe Mode from the resulting menu. Safe Mode disables much of the startup routine (including some common Malware hiding places).

If for some reasons, you can’t boot into SafeMode, boot in normal mode. However, disconnect your computer from the internet after you have updated your anti-malware.

  1. Malwarebytes Anti-Malware-It detects and is able to remove infected registry keys and Malware.

  2. Avira-It detects viruses and spyware and removes it.

Additional steps to ensure that all malware are removed:
  1. Download Hitman Pro and scan it. Delete whatever if found which you think is malicious. Otherwise quarantined it.
  2. Remove malware start-up entry. Launch advanced systemcare. Under utilities, admin tools, startup manager. Select one of the start-up entry which you think is malicious, and right click and choose online search. Read the information carefully online and decide whether you want to delete or disable it.

1.

Notes:

*(Scanning may take some time depending number of infections, files and the speed of your computer. It is recommended that you do not run more than one anti-malware to speed up the scanning process.)

*Make sure you are using a reputable antivirus. Some good free ones are Avira AntiVir, Avast and bitdefender!
